Fisherman's Landing is a pet friendly community which allows 2 pets per apartment home. These pets may either be dogs or cats in addition to a combination of both. Each pet has a maximum weight of 40 lbs.

A pet application should be submitted with a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee in addition to a monthly rent of $35 for up to 2 pets. We do have limits on aggressive breeds or mix thereof to include however not limited to Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Enjoy nature at all of our nearby parks. Lettuce Lake, Flatwoods Preserve, Trout Creek Wilderness Conservation Park. Indulge in the many eateries available in Uptown Tampa- Bush Gardens, Adventure Island. All the major shopping malls are minutes north on I75.

Our maintenance team is on staff Monday – Friday during normal business hours. After hours or on weekends we do have emergency maintenance.

Parking is by permit only. 

Our apartment homes are cable-ready. You have the freedom to choose your provider.
